2004, again?
I think the city of New York should have splurged and bought a "6" for their New Year's sign instead of opting to recycle the "4" and turn it into a hybrid which looks more like a 4 than a 6. A miserable attempt at time travel that did not involve a Delorean.

are you sure it was a recycled 4? i thought it was just a 9 from the 1900s that was just turned upside down.. so it looked like a 6.. lolz
